Hi Ecosystem Squad!

PaaS squad would like to shut down the RTS service, for that, published documentation need to be removed as well. Please remove it.

Please note. that the corresponding RTS APIs will also be shut down.

The service has been removed from our infra. The repositories will be archived. The service will disappear on HC landing page over night in our scheduled rebuild process.
