This API is used to modify a SQL throttling rule.

max_concurrency

Number of SQL statements that can be executed at the same time. If the value is less than or equal to 0, the number is not limited. The default value is 0. The value range is from -1 to 50000.

max_waiting

Integer

Maximum waiting time, in seconds.
