This view is accessible only to users with system administrator rights. It is valid only when the real-time resource monitoring function is enabled, that is, <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001233681809__b146634363286">enable_resource_track</strong> is <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001233681809__b988181462816">on</strong>.</p>
