It is accessible only to users with system administrator rights. This view is valid only when the real-time resource monitoring function is enabled, that is, when <span id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001233883301__ph625603222215">enable_resource_track</span> is <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001233883301__b14735547573">on</strong>.</p>
