A bucket must be emptied before it can be deleted.<div class="notice" id="obs_03_0310__note78063620158"><span class="noticetitle"><img src="public_sys-resources/notice_3.0-en-us.png"> </span><div class="noticebody"><p id="obs_03_0310__p44565111717">Objects under the <strong id="obs_03_0310__b744045203618">Objects</strong>, <strong id="obs_03_0310__b436959133617">Deleted Objects</strong>, and <strong id="obs_03_0310__b28110197245">Fragments</strong> tabs must be all deleted.</p>
