The alarm is generated when GC time of the Loader process exceeds the threshold (default value: <strong id="ALM-23007__en-us_topic_0070543531_b65330209">12 seconds</strong>) for 5 consecutive times. The alarm is cleared when GC time is less than the threshold.</p>
