Managing Firewall Tags
Scenarios
Tags help you identify, classify, and search for firewalls. You can perform the following operations to manage tags of a firewall:
For details about tag key and value requirements, see Table 1.
Notes and Constraints
- Each cloud resource can have up to 20 tags.
Adding Firewall Tags
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project. - Click
in the upper left corner and choose Network > Virtual Private Cloud.The Virtual Private Cloud page is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Access Control > Firewalls.
The firewall list page is displayed.
- In the firewall list, click the hyperlink of the firewall name.
The firewall summary page is displayed.
- Click the Tags tab and then click Add Tag.
The Add Tag dialog box is displayed.
- Configure the tag key and tag value as prompted, and click OK.
You can view the added tag in the tag list.
Modifying Firewall Tags
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project. - Click
in the upper left corner and choose Network > Virtual Private Cloud.The Virtual Private Cloud page is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Access Control > Firewalls.
The firewall list page is displayed.
- In the firewall list, click the hyperlink of the firewall name.
The firewall summary page is displayed.
- Click the Tags tab, locate the row that contains the tag you want to edit and click Edit in the Operation column.
The Edit Tag dialog box is displayed.
- Edit the tag value and click OK.
You can view the edited tag in the tag list.
Deleting Firewall Tags
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project. - Click
in the upper left corner and choose Network > Virtual Private Cloud.The Virtual Private Cloud page is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Access Control > Firewalls.
The firewall list page is displayed.
- In the firewall list, click the hyperlink of the firewall name.
The firewall summary page is displayed.
- Click the Tags tab, locate the row that contains the tag you want to delete and click Delete in the Operation column.
A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
- Confirm the information and click Yes.
A deleted tag cannot be recovered.
