If a <span id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000002340222816__en-us_topic_0053158611_text185369581551">BMS</span><span id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000002340222816__en-us_topic_0053158611_text853619587555"></span><span id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000002340222816__en-us_topic_0053158611_text1353605805519"></span> is running, the constraints are as follows:</p>
